I am going to Turkey and Greece, can this card roam in these 2 countries?

This is the perfect SIM card for Turkey plus European destinations.

Is this SIM card compatible with all phone models?

Sometimes it will prompt for PIN or PUK number which can be found at the back of the SIM card holder. Please do not discard it because the ONLY way to unlock the SIM is by using the PIN and PUK code. Without the PIN and PUK number, the SIM card will not be usable. Also please no not use this SIM card in non 4G phones or very old models. The telco and network infrastructure overseas are constantly updated and phasing out old bandwidths hence older phones may not be able to use the network to its fullest.

Do I need to register this card before using?

No but we will need your arrival date for SIM card activation.

My trip date has changed. Can I change the activation date?

Yes you can. Please WhatsApp us at 60133991010 at least 5 days before your departure so we can help to make the necessary changes.

Oh no, I provided the wrong date and forgot to inform you!

Unfortunately we will activate the card based on the provided date. However, if you reach your destination within the 26 days validity period, you can still use the card. Just that it willl have less days.

I am visiting a few countries including Spain. How many data will I have?

There is 14GB quota for all the countries listed except for Spain whereby there will be an additional 36GB quota (As this is a Vodafone Spain SIM card, there are extra data quota for usage in Spain).

I think I will need more data. Can I top up?

We would recommend you to purchase 2 pieces if you need more data. If you are using this SIM in less than 26 days, you may just put the same dates for these 2 SIM cards and both will be activated on the same date and you will be able to use both anytime within the 26 days. If you are using it longer than 26 days and purchased the Twin Pack, just state 2 dates in the 'Departure Date' field and we willl remark on the SIM card.

Can I turn on hotspot and share the connection with other users/devices?

Yes you can

If I finished using my data, will I still be able to surf internet at a slower speed?

No you cannot. We recommend using a new card as it is cheaper than topping up.

I can call any number with the 100 minutes call quota?

You can call mobile and landlines within the country you are at but not toll free numbers or any special chargeable numbers.

Is it true that I can use this card in the 40 countries listed?

Yes you can but the speed really depends on each country's roaming arrangements with Vodafone which we have no control over. But we do know Vodafone is well established with strong roaming partners in these countries.

Can I use Whatsapp to chat and make calls with this card?

You certainly can. Using Whatsapp to call saves you money.

Is the data inside this card enough for my usage?

An average person consumes 4GB (4000MB) of data in a 15 days period. More less if travelling overseas for leisure as most of the time will be spent looking at sceneries or participating in some form of outdoor activities. To find out more about usage, you can read our general FAQ here.
