I will be travelling to a Singapore and Indonesia. Can I use the card in these countries and what settings do I need to do?

If I finished using my 1GB daily high speed data, will I still be able to surf internet at a slower speed?

Yes you still can at a lower speed of 128kbps. The next day you will get new 1GB quota.

I am using a budget phone that costs around RM1000. Can I still use this SIM card?

Budget phones generally comes with less network band support and you MAY NOT be able to use the SIM card in certain countries that uses certain bands that your phone does not support. We strongly advice against using a budget or old phone for these SIM cards.
