Bought two of the sim card for my 2 weeks in Taiwan. Travel to east and north have no trouble connecting. When changing sim had some glitches but customer service reply and guided me promptly. The package is cheaper than the sim in Taiwan.

Overall very satisfied with the Hello staff that handle my enquiries and during collect all the sim card. for the Sim card itself working with very2 good and excellent. No issue when insert into phone, its just like plug and play. Follow the instructions given and you good to go to used the sim card. For the connectivity during at City of Taipei no lag, no buffer issue. Internet connection outstanding smooth. Will buy again from Hello 1010 again.
