Overview

Entopia By Night is the Penang butterfly park reopened after dark for something quite different: a biofluorescent garden, billed as the world's first, where plants and animals glow under ultraviolet light. You walk the outdoor gardens finding geckos, scorpions and other creatures lit up in colours they do not show by day. It runs Thursday to Sunday, 7pm to 10pm.

  • Visitors are advised to check the weather forecast before purchasing tickets and bring umbrellas to enjoy the garden walk comfortably in case of rain.

  • Adult covers 13 to 59. Child covers 3 to 12.
  • Children aged 12 and under must be with a paying adult.
  • Bring proof of age for every ticket holder. Entry can be refused without it.
  • An outdoor garden experience. The indoor Discovery Centre, the Cocoon, and the Entopia store are closed from 6pm.
  • Park activities run 7pm to 9pm on a first-come basis and can change without notice.
  • Valid for 45 days from booking.
