Overview

KL Tower rises 421 metres and is the seventh tallest freestanding tower in the world. There are two separate viewing levels and they are not the same experience. The Observation Deck is enclosed, at 276 metres, with 360-degree views through glass. The Sky Deck is open to the air above it and holds the Sky Box, a glass cube that juts out over the edge. A combo ticket covers both.

  • Security checks are conducted for all visitors.
  • Dress modestly when visiting.
Terms and conditions
  • Malaysian and visitor rates are priced differently, and this is the widest gap in our Malaysian range: the Sky Deck is roughly three times the price for a visitor.
  • Children aged 4 and under are strictly not allowed.
  • Children aged 3 and under enter the Observation Deck free.
  • Adult covers 13 and over. Child covers 4 to 12.
  • Valid for 30 to 45 days from booking depending on the ticket.
  • If it rains after your ticket has been scanned, go to the ticket counter for a slip to reschedule within 7 days. There is no cash refund for rain.
  • Security checks apply to all visitors. Dress modestly.

Buying the wrong rate costs you the difference KL Tower does not publish an upgrade fee, and the gap is the largest of any attraction we sell: RM39.50 against RM110.50 at cost for the Sky Deck. You are not usually turned away, but you pay the gap at the counter, and it is more than the saving.

Book in the traveller's own name, spelled as it appears on their IC or passport. Both are checked at the counter and a mismatch can mean refused entry with no refund.
