- This service is not available for groups under 20.
- The Western Secret Path experience at Yuan Mountain requires online booking in advance.
- After booking online, please confirm via SMS or email.
- We recommend making a phone reservation in advance and mentioning that you'll be using the "Beef Noodle Package + Red Bean Sponge Cake Food Voucher" on the dining day.
- Please follow the safety requirements of our staff during the secret passage experience to ensure your safety and that of other guests.
- To preserve the historical integrity of the secret passage, guests are kindly requested not to use the slides, run, push, or damage the facilities.
- That is, it must be used up within 14 days (including the day of first use) following the use of any product.

- The guided tour primarily uses Chinese as the service language.
- Guests with heart conditions, pregnant women, seniors, those with claustrophobia, mobility issues, or any physical discomfort should not participate in the secret passage experience.
- Guided tour booking: Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance from the opening date.
- The ticket package is valid for 14 days.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety reasons (each child aged 12 or under requires one accompanying parent).
- On the day of your appointment, please go to the consultation counter on the right side of the first-floor lobby, where staff will redeem your QR code for entry.
Terms and conditions
Ticket validity. Valid for a visit up to and including 14 December 2026. The ticket cannot be used after that date.
1. The minimum number of people for this tour is 4. If the minimum number of people is not reached, you can apply to reschedule the activity or get a full refund
2. Group size: 4 - 12 people
3. When entering the exhibition halls of the Forbidden City, you are not allowed to bring large backpacks, travel bags, suitcases, etc. You must place them in the paid lockers for safekeeping
4. Additional wireless headset rental fee (NTD 50) is required on the day of the trip
5. Free admission dates: New Year’s Day on January 1, Lantern Festival, International Museum Day on May 18, World Tourism Day on September 27, National Day on October 10
6. Basic information will be notified via email before 17:00 one day before departure. If you do not receive any contact within the time limit, please contact customer service and someone will handle it.
7. This product includes the admission ticket to the Palace Museum and the cost of the guided tour headphones, but does not include the Forbidden City ticket (children do not need the Forbidden City ticket to enter)
