Overview

The PETRONAS Twin Towers rise 451.9 metres over Kuala Lumpur, 88 storeys of Cesar Pelli's design and still the tallest twin structure in the world. The visit takes you to the double-decker Skybridge linking the towers at level 41, the highest two-storey skybridge anywhere, and then up to the Observation Deck at level 86. Entry is by timed slot.

Opening hours Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 to 21:30. Closed on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month except if the 1st or 3rd Monday of the month is a Public Holiday Monday (9.00am to 7.00pm).

Important rules
  • For senior citizens, kindly provide a valid document (e.g. passport or any official identification) on the day of the visit.
  • Strollers are not allowed inside, but lockers/storage are available. Our staff will be happy to assist if needed.
  • Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before your entry time at PETRONAS Twin Towers. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
  • For Malaysians, kindly present MyKad upon request.
  • Tickets are limited and on first come first served basis.
  • Age is determined by year of birth instead of exact date of birth.
  • If you have any person on wheelchair, kindly inform us through email at skybridge@petronas.com.my prior to your visit.
Terms and conditions
  • Malaysian and visitor rates are priced differently, and the gap here is one of the largest in our range: roughly three times.
  • Non Peak means weekdays. Peak means weekends and public holidays.
  • Adult covers 13 to 60. Child covers 3 to 12. Senior covers 61 and over.
  • Infants under 2 go free but still need a ticket booked.
  • Seniors should bring a passport or other official identification on the day.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your entry time.
  • Strollers are not allowed inside. Lockers and storage are available.
  • A minor must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian throughout.
  • Valid for 90 days from booking.

This attraction charges Malaysian residents less than visitors. Both rates are on sale here, so pick the one that matches the traveller, not the cheaper one.

Buying the wrong rate costs you the difference PETRONAS does not publish an upgrade fee, and the gap is the starkest of anything we sell: RM38.80 against RM115.30 at cost for a weekday adult. You are not usually turned away, but you pay the gap at the counter, and it is more than the saving.

Book in the traveller's own name, spelled as it appears on their IC or passport. Both are checked at the counter and a mismatch can mean refused entry with no refund.
