Have been experience some problem while activate the eSim when aboard.
Somehow, the Whatsapp/Chat center is very helpful and solved the issue in very short time.

This is a great eSIM to use in HK and Macau, it’s the second time I’ve used it and it works really well.

I had a generally okay experience with this eSIM. It worked well above ground and was easy to use, but I did experience a few instances of lost connection while I am in the MTR stations or travelling on the MTR. Just something to bear in mind if you rely heavily on underground connectivity.

That said, my overall experience with Hello1010 has been good, and this wouldn’t stop me from getting their eSIM again in the future.

I purchased t-day esim for Hong Kong & Macau using esim from Hello1010. There is no issue at all and my inquiry to Hello1010 Whatsapp was attended quickly. I would recommend anyone travelling to overseas to subscribe Hello1010 esim

It works as said, easy & simple. Just that you need to wait for good signal before it will switch to LTE. When just touched ground at airport, only 3G. Other than that, the line is good.

there is no data connection when you go far away from the city or inside a restaurant in a city center

It was easy to install and use. Only drawback is the expiry of the card following calendar days and not 72 hours (3 days) from the time the e-sim is activated. Hence i actually’lost’ 14 hours of usage as I activated the e-sim at 2pm when I landed, which was already accounted as 1 day. I would recommend the service provider to review the algorithm of this e-sim to actually provide service for 72 hours. Or alternatively be upfront and explain the limitations of accessibility.
