Simply excellent! Coverage was good all the way from London to North Wales to Liverpool. Will definitely use Hello1010 Travel Prepaid during my next overseas travel.

Good connection, wide coverage and reliable speed to use in London and Coventry for my trip. Will definitely buy this Vodafone SIM prepaid again for next UK trip.

The service is very lousy and the servicing personnel has very little knowledge in troubleshooting the issue.

I have informed the seller to activate my phone prior to departure of my trip card and received counter confirmation that SIM card had been activated. Unfortunately, upon arrival in UK, I found out that the SIM card was not activated. I informed the seller but still being told that it had been activated. After going through many verification and troubleshooting works, seller only admitted that SIM card was not activated. The poor thing is the seller seems to have very little knowledge in doing troubleshooting. Gave unclear guiding instruction and kept requesting me to sign in to Vodafone's webpage to do troubleshooting. Why can't the seller sign in to Vodafone webpage to troubleshoot and fix it directly. Didn't you know that I have no data access and it was so troublesome for me to search for temporary free internet access? The troubleshooting is basically to logon to the Vodafone website to verify the data plan which I believe seller can do it at their end. Even after I managed to show the seller with the print screen of the webpage, they still asked me to check many things but unable to guide me how to reach to their required webpage. It is not straight forward, please do provide step by step guide in case you want the user to reach to your required webpage. Furthermore, the troubleshooting took a long time more than one hour, do you expect me to stay in the airport to assist you to troubleshoot the issue? If this is the case then I will miss my airport fetching. Are you going to compensate for this and help me to arrange a new airport pickup at your own cost? Clearly that the seller has no common sense and no experience in doing troubleshooting.
This issue was caused by the careless or mistake of seller for not activated the phone card, The seller shall not ask the customer to do troubleshooting but do their first check before come back to the customer. Very disappointed with such a lousy and unprofessional service.

Not recommended to buy phone card from this seller.

Both the simcards worked very well in London, Bristol, Coventry and Oxford - except when taking the underground. At certain underground stations, and some spots in the city, the Three simcard auto-connect to the Three puublic wifi.

I really feel satisfied with the service since the beginning i bought the UK sim card until i activate it once arrived in UK. The coverage connection is very smooth and clear in all area i went in UK. Strongly recommended.

Good coverage in UK but don’t work well on trains especially EMR

I bought a simcard for 30 days. So far I have not experienced any problem in getting myself connected to the Internet while my stay in UK. Very helpful especially to read email, whatsapps or browsing Internet.

As mentioned, very poor network coverage, especially Scotland and northern side, very disappointed. It claims can cover 90% of the UK which is not true...

Overall its very good. Have not failed me so far.

The line is strong throughout the whole trip，even in different place（Lancaster，Manchester，Liverpool，London）.And it upgraded 40gb more for me，ang there is a total of 80gb data for my three week. Probably will buy it next time～

Fast internet,easy to use ,highly recommended and great value for money.I’m using in UK and the coverage is very good and strong.The only problem there is no coverage when in the underground tube,but it’s still worth it.

Bought the sim card for 30 days usage. As we travelling UK and other parts in Europe. We bought this plan. The process of getting the sim card is smooth and easy. However while using it in UK. The connection for data is not consistent, some days you will get internet reception, some days you dont. It is not strong at certain places. Even in the city of london. However in Europe such as France, Belgium and Netherlands which we traveled to. The connection is smooth and easy for roaming. Perfect I would say. With hotspot availability. it was great as my partner can connect to the data as well. Just that we got Vodafone Sim Card for UK, connection need improving. Overall I would is it handy and affordable Roaming Sim card. It beats the local own network roaming charge. We saved a lot. Will use again for our next future travels.

The only reason i gave 4 star is that between countries it has a long buffer period before reconnecting to that country telco line. Usually 30 min.

The internet connection is good in Switzerland and Germany. The only problem is I cant download the app to check my balance.

Have always bought international SIM cards from hello1010 in the past for all my calls & data needs when traveling and for my recent trip to the UK after a 2 years hiatus (due to Covid19), I again relied on hello1010 for my communications requirements! New SIM card works seamlessly and was easy to get it operational with just few basic steps. Convenient and 25GB data was more than enough for my 2-week trip. Highly recommended & will always rely on them. Good and responsive technical support too if you run into some issues.
