I bought the 5GB 5 Days eSIM. Very easy to activate and use. Internet connection was good throughout my trip.

Used it in Viet Tri city close to Hanoi. Superb civerage

The esim is easy to install and works. The network across Vietnam seems to be quite good. Only downside is there’s no way of checking remaining data

Easy to use and great data coverange

The line was great! Even got coverage on top of Fansipan. Since I don't use it much to scroll social medias, the 5GB quota was more than enough to use for a 4 day travel. Also the esim was very easy to install on the iPhone 16.

Line not stable for few places but overall ok

The connection wasnt great in Da Nang and Hoi An, no internet connection occurred frequently that I could not use google map and grab app.

Data worked well at times but didn’t work at other times. Barely got any receptions at Ba Na Hills and Hoi An Ancient Town

The eSim is simple and easy to setup, works well upon connection, able to stream live chat. Suggested for those who travel within the region.

It had very good connectivity even when I was up in the mountain and it was cold. Overall it kept me well connected.

The data availability wasn’t stabil and I messaged customer service for help. Customer service was very helpful to advise to change from 5g to LTE and ask to change a few other settings. After that the line improved.

Superb service end to end i.e. from purchase, installation, usage & getting support from Cust Service or technical team.

Set up was easy and can be done even prior to arrival in target country. Coverage/reception was also good. My only issue is that the eSIM can't be transferred to another phone or a new phone. So if you're on a longer term eSIM, don't plan to switch phones in between.

its my first time using esim and i would say its cheaper than the usual roaming and quite easy to activate. and the customer service is really helpful and have fast response. the only downside is that there're isn't an app to accurate track your esim data usage.

Very convenient and easy to use. The staff is very helpful if you face any problem in installation of the e-sim card into your mobile phone. You can install and active the card on the day of the travel, and get connected once you landed in your destination.
