- Operation Hours: Redeem your online ticket at Clarke Quay Jetty only. Upon arrival, present your QR code at our ticketing counter to get a boarding pass.
- Dresscode: Casual wear recommended.
- Advisory: Marina Bay water closure from 17:30h to 21:00h on selected Saturdays and National Day. Visit Singapore River Cruise website for more details.
Terms and conditions
Ticket validity. Valid for a visit from 31 December 2026 to 31 December 2026. The ticket cannot be used after 31 December 2026.
Ticket Redemption
- Entry is permitted upon presentation of a valid voucher.
- Vouchers must be redeemed at the designated Singapore River Cruise counter before boarding.
- Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.
Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Tickets are valid for one (1) trip on the Singapore River Cruise only.
- Tickets are open-dated and may be used on any operating day within the validity period.
Boarding & Availability
- Walk-in guests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Boarding is subject to boat capacity and operational conditions.
- Guests are advised to arrive early to secure preferred departure times.
Operating Hours & Duration
- The cruise duration is approximately 40 minutes.
- Operating hours may vary by day and are subject to change without prior notice.
Eligibility
- Adult Ticket: Applicable for guests aged 12 years old and above.
- Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 3 to 11 years old.
- Children below 3 years old may be allowed onboard free of charge, subject to operator policy.
Weather & Operational Changes
- The operator reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel cruises due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of cancellation by the operator, guests may be offered rescheduling or a refund, subject to operator policy.
Safety & Conduct
- All guests must comply with safety instructions provided by the crew at all times.
- The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest who behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner without compensation.
Personal Belongings
- The operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the cruise.
