Does this include the rides?
We cannot confirm that it does. GlobalTix sells it as a Joypolis ticket without saying whether attractions are included or charged separately, and we have asked them. Treat it as admission until we can say otherwise.
Why do adult and child cost the same?
That is how GlobalTix prices it. Adult covers 18 and over, child covers 7 to 17, and both are the same rate.
Where do I collect it?
On the 3rd floor of Island Mall at DECKS Tokyo Beach in Odaiba, which is where Joypolis is. GlobalTix's own record also carries a second, contradictory address, and we have asked them to correct it.
Can I cancel or change this booking?
No. This ticket is non-refundable and cannot be changed once booked.
