• Please note that the park may temporarily close, shorten its operating hours, or suspend certain operations without prior notice due to inclement weather, facility maintenance, or other operational reasons.
• Attractions, displays, and facilities may be changed, closed, or removed without notice due to technical or operational circumstances.
• Operation of attractions and entertainment programs may be canceled without prior notice.
• To ensure food safety and comfort for all guests enjoying the world of LEGOLAND® Japan, bringing food and beverages into the park is generally not permitted.
• However, the following items are allowed as exceptions:
• Water bottles (approx. 500ml)
• Meals for guests with food allergies
• Baby food
• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or older to enter the park.
• Pets are not allowed in the park, except for guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the park except in designated smoking areas.
• For the safety of all guests, we may inspect your belongings at the entrance.
• From January 8, 2024, for safety reasons, items such as outdoor wagons, push tricycles, and carry-on suitcases are no longer permitted inside LEGOLAND® Japan.

• Child rates apply to all guests aged 18 and under.
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• The full name of the ticket holder must be printed on the ticket. If the name is not shown, or if it is determined that the name does not match the actual guest, you may be asked to present identification. Entry may be denied if identity cannot be verified.
• Tickets may not be exchanged for cash or resold. Tickets that are forged or used fraudulently will be deemed invalid.
• If tickets are booked for a group, all members must enter the park together.

If you are unable to visit on the reserved date due to unavoidable circumstances, a date change is possible under the following conditions:

• The new visit date must be within 3 months from the original date of entry. (e.g., for a ticket dated Feb. 20, it may be changed until May 20.)
• No prior notice is required. Please visit the park on your preferred date and proceed to the ticket counter.
• A handling fee of 500 yen per ticket will apply for the date change.
• Each ticket can only be changed once
