• Bring the passport of the person who made the reservation + the received e-ticket
• Redeem the physical ticket at the counter of the designated station shop
• You can select the start date of use when redeeming the ticket.

Cancelation Policy:

• No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:00 on the day of expiration date.
• A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 23:00 on the day of expiration date.
• This product cannot be canceled after ticket activation, or reservation.

How to Use:
