The Tokyo Subway Ticket is a joint Tokyo Metro and Toei travel pass for getting around the city while you sightsee, shop or explore. You pick how long it lasts, and can choose a version that includes a Keisei Skyliner airport transfer.

- Choose 24, 48 or 72 hours of travel.
- Each option comes as either a QR code on your phone or a paper pass.

- The QR code ticket can only be distributed to companions before first use. After distribution, each person can enter/exit separately and move independently.
- Please do not click "Start Using" at midnight. If you do, the ticket will expire after 2:59 AM that day.
- Tickets that have been used for the first time cannot be redistributed. For non-redistributable tickets, please enter and exit the station together with your companions.
- QR code ride vouchers can be partially distributed
- Visitors without smart devices should have the ticket holder scan the QR code for each companion in order at the ticket gate. Companions should enter/exit first, followed by the ticket holder scanning last to pass through.
- If there are no staff at the ticket gate, please wait patiently as it may take some time for them to arrive after being called. We appreciate your understanding.
Physical ticket
- The redemption voucher cannot be used directly for boarding. Please exchange it for a physical ticket at visitor-dedicated ticket machines in major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations before boarding.
- Unlimited boarding and alighting on all Tokyo metro and Toei subway lines.
- The validity period will be displayed on the physical ticket.
- The validity period will be printed on the physical ticket when it is used to pass through the ticket gate.
- If you enter within the ticket's validity period, you can still exit the station even if the validity period expires during your ride.
- If the ticket is not activated within the validity period shown on the ticket, it will be considered invalid.
- If the magnetic strip on your Tokyo subway ticket is damaged or weakened, it may not work at the automatic ticket gates. Please keep it away from strong magnetic objects such as smartphones, electronic devices, or wallets with magnetic clasps.
- If you have any questions about redemption and usage, please inquire with station staff.
- If the redeemed ticket cannot be used at the automatic ticket gate, please explain the situation to station staff. After verification, they will reissue your ticket or grant direct passage.
