Enjoy adrenaline-pumping rides at the Amusement Park, including the cowboy-themed rollercoaster and the 360-degree pirate ship. Cool off at the Water Park, where you can ride giant waves at Surf Beach or take on the Vuvuzela, one of the world’s highest and largest water rides. You can also explore Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon, Asia’s first Nickelodeon-themed park, and enjoy splash-filled adventures alongside your favourite characters.

• Please be informed that Sunway Lagoon is upgrading the Surf Beach Entrance with immediate effect, Guests are advised to use Sunway Lagoon Main Entrance.

How to Get There

• By LRT: Take the LRT and alight at USJ7 Station.
• By KTM: Take the KTM train and alight at Setia Jaya Station.
• From either USJ7 or Setia Jaya Station, walk approximately 5 minutes to the BRT station. Take the BRT to Sunway Lagoon Station, then walk via the elevated pedestrian walkway for about 5–10 minutes to reach the park entrance.
• You can also travel by car, public transport, or shuttle service. Please refer to the official website for more details.

• The ticket is valid for the specified visit date and cannot be altered or rescheduled
• Penalty Fees
• Upgrade Mykad Child to Mykad Adult: RM 50 per person
• Upgrade Mykad to Non-Mykad: RM 100 per person
• Mykad ticket is for Malaysia blue card or Mykid only
• Age Requirements:
• Child rate is for ages 12 years old and below or for Senior ages 60 years old and above
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Child rates apply to children above 90cm in height or age 12 years old (based on year of born) and below
• Child rate is not from 4 years old. But chargeable based on height - 90cm and above
• Free admission for children below 90cm in height
• All ages should be followed by the year of birth
• Verification Procedure:
• IC and Passport authentication protocol for guests at the ticketing counter.
• Ticket confirmation guidelines for Adult, Child, and Senior guests.
• Please note cashier reserves the right to reject redemption as the information provided does not match/is unclear.
• If the name on the ticket is different from the name on the IC/Passport, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.
• Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristband tags will be removed upon exit
• All wristband tags are only allowed entry only on the date of entry
• All transactions in the park are done via cash or E-load. E-load can be loaded at the Ticketing Counter
• Unused balance of E-load is able to get a refund on the same day at the Ticketing Counter before 7 pm * When using waterslides the following are not permitted: Jewelry of any kind, T-shirts and bathing suits with metal decoration, Cut-off jeans, Glasses, Use of slides are at your own risks.
• Sunway Lagoon reserves the right at its own discretion to carry out renovations and/or upgrading works as and when deemed necessary
• The management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close the park, rides, or attractions due to maintenance, inclement weather, special events, any circumstances beyond control, and cancel and/ or amend any activity without prior notice.
• Sunway Lagoon encourages guests to secure all valuables as the park cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.
• Insurance coverage is applicable with terms and conditions.

Important Notice Partial Closure:

• Quack Xpress is an express pass that allows you access to dedicated express lanes so you can skip the queue and enjoy MORE rides and attractions.
• Upon redemption, this Pass allows express access to 20 rides and attractions are as per below: Amusement Park, Vultures, Butch Cassidy Trail, Grand Canyon River Rapids, Lost City of Gold Scream Coaster, Pirate’s Revenge, Apache Pots, Tomahawak, Water Park, Waterplexx 5D, Cameroon Climb, African Pythons, Vuvuzela, Congo Challenge, Flowrider, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon, Cobra Creek, Crocodile Gully, Boa Constrictor, Kubarango, Monsoon 360, Jungle Fury, Extreme Park, Flying Fox, Scream Park.

• The holder of the Quack Xpress is allowed to have priority access to a maximum of 20 different rides and attractions.
• Certain rides and attractions may take time to access depending on seating capacity and time limitations.
• Certain rides and attractions may have different restrictions on age, height, or usage. Guests must comply with all the rules and regulations to be eligible.
• The Quack Xpress is only valid on the date of entry.
• Quack Xpress is non-transferable and only valid for the purchaser. (You will not be able to share the wristband with a companion.)
• There is a limited number of available Quack Xpress passes in a day and sales may be suspended at any time without prior notice.
• Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or to terminate the Quack Xpress at any time without prior notice.
• Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Management reserves the right to close any of the listed rides or attractions for maintenance or any other reasons without prior notice.
