Trains travel at over 300kph, with a stated 99% punctuality rate. Choose the 3-day pass for three consecutive days, or the 2-day pass for any two days of your choice within a specified week.

Description / Important notes
- Passes can be used to travel to all High-Speed Rail Stations in Taiwan for three consecutive days (3-Day Pass)
- If you are planning to travel on the same day you redeem your voucher, we strongly suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before your desired departure time.
- Please place your order before 6:00 pm if you plan on traveling the next day. Any orders after 6:00 pm will not be valid for the following day's travel

How to use your ticket

- Your booking is confirmed. Ticket will be sent to you separately. Please present either mobile or printed voucher for redemption
- Please bring your passport when collecting your ticket

Terms and conditions
- This product is available only to foreigners (non-Taiwanese). If you bring your Taiwan passport after the pass is issued, the pass cannot be exchanged, and no refunds will be provided
- The pass applies only to visa-free tourists holding a tourist visa for short-term entry within 180 days. High-Speed Rail may refuse to exchange the pass if these qualifications are not met. It does not apply to those entering Taiwan with a residence permit or a Chinese passport
- No refunds will be issued for orders exchanged for physical passes
- If you have not received your physical pass and need to change the date or reserve a seat, please do so on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail Pass Official Website
- If you need to change the date or reserve a seat after receiving the physical pass, please bring the original physical pass and your passport to the pass window at the high-speed rail station. The boarding date of each pass can only be changed once (this does not apply to seat reservations)
- If you haven't received your physical pass and need a refund, please cancel the redemption date and reservation first on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail Pass Official Website, then cancel the order
- Changes must be made at least 30 minutes before the departure of the designated reserved train
- For wheelchair seat reservations, please visit the pass window at the high-speed rail station
- When exchanging physical passes at the High-Speed Rail Ticket Window, please present the reservation code. The high-speed rail will check all passengers' original passports and entry certificates (such as short-term entry certificates or Taiwan entry permits). The passport must be stamped with proof of entry date
- After completing your order, please visit the "Order Management" section (https://pass.thsrc.com.tw/oatsb2c/home.do) on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail Pass official website to complete the date, frequency, and time reservation
- This high-speed rail one-way pass reservation is for a designated seat; unreserved seats are unavailable. Complete the online reservation before picking up the pass. If not completed, the pass cannot be collected, and on-site reservations will not be accepted
- Children over 6 but under 12 years old can purchase a children's travel pass
- If you already have the Taiwan Railway Joint Pass voucher, date changes are not possible
