How to activate, in Malaysia, before you fly

- Leave the SIM in for 5 to 20 minutes until an activation SMS arrives. That SMS is your confirmation that it worked.

The customer service was advised wrongly and this SIM couldn’t be used in Hong Kong. However, managed to contact the hotline and immediate assistance and solution was given during public holidays. eSIM was pretty simply and connection was stable. The SIM was returned and refunded.
