Overview

A'Famosa is a resort in Alor Gajah, Melaka, with a water theme park and a safari park. The Water Theme Park is one of the largest in Malaysia and is set among lush greenery. At Safari Wonderland you can see wild and rare animals and get up close to them.

  • The Water Theme Park and Safari Wonderland are two separate attractions on one resort, bought separately.
  • Suitable for families, couples and groups, on a short trip or a longer stay.
  • About 90 minutes from Kuala Lumpur, near Melaka town.

How To Get There:

  • By Car (recommended):
  • From KL: Take the PLUS Highway (E2) southbound → exit at Alor Gajah (Exit 228) → follow signs to A'Famosa. About 1.5–2 hours from KL.
  • From Melaka city: Head towards Alor Gajah via Jalan Kemus. About 30–40 mins.
  • GPS coordinates: 2.4466, 102.2092 or just search "A'Famosa Resort" on Waze/Google Maps
  • By Bus: Take a bus from KL (TBS) or JB to Melaka Sentral, then take a local taxi or Grab to A'Famosa (~RM25–35, about 30 mins).
