How to Get There

• By Car: You can drive directly to Bukit Merah Laketown Waterpark via the North–South Expressway (PLUS). Follow the exit to Bukit Merah and continue following local road signage to the park.

Admission

• Tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Due to safety regulations, the maximum capacity for Bukit Merah Laketown Waterpark is 1,500 people. Please arrive at least one hour before opening time to help secure admission on weekends and public holidays.

Eligibility

• Child rates apply to children above 90 cm in height or aged 12 years old and below.
• Children below 90 cm are entitled to free admission.
• An identification card for age verification must be presented at the attraction when purchasing Child tickets.

Animal Paradise

Welcome to Mother Nature’s favourite holiday attraction – the Animal Paradise at Bukit Merah Laketown Resort. A 3-acre eco-friendly sanctuary built into the Tropical Rainforest gives visitors a feeling of being one with nature. The Animal Paradise is an educational tourism facility where visitors get to experience close encounters with animals. Visitors are encouraged to interact with some of the animals for an educational and fun experience.
