• To visit Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, or Night Safari at Mandai Wildlife East
• Hop on the shuttle from Mandai Wildlife West to Singapore Zoo Coach Bay
• To visit Bird Paradise at Mandai Wildlife West
• Hop on the shuttle from Singapore Zoo Coach Bay to Mandai Wildlife West.

Operating Hours

• Open daily from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Last entry at 5:00 PM.
• Recommended arrival at least 30 minutes before entry.
• Duration is approximately 2–4 hours, depending on pace and activities.

What to Bring

• Wear comfortable walking shoes and light, breathable clothing.
• Bring sunscreen, a hat, water bottle, and insect repellent for outdoor areas.

Additional Notes

• Visit early to enjoy cooler weather and active bird activity.
• Check show and feeding schedules upon arrival to plan your visit.
• Raincoat or umbrella is recommended during rainy weather.

Ticket Eligibility

• Valid for one entry only.
• A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.
• Children below 3 years old may enter the WRS Parks for free, subject to WRS’ satisfactory verification.
• A senior is defined as a person 60 years of age and above for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.

Additional Information

• To increase the supply of taxis to our parks during peak hours, a $5 surcharge is applicable to all hired taxis departing from Mandai Wildlife Reserve from 1:00pm to 11:59pm daily.

• All TA Admission Tickets are subject to WRS Parks’ prevailing “Park Ticket Terms & Conditions” published at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html.
• No return, exchange, cancellation, and/or cash refund of TA Local Admission Tickets purchased and/or issued is allowed.
• Admission is at the voucher holder's own risk. WRS will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park
• The voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/recordings in the park for commercial purposes. WRS may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation;
• In the event of a dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail;
• No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced, or expired voucher.
• Ticket prices and governing conditions are subject to change without notice

Complimentary Admission Eligibility:

• STB-Licensed Tourist Guides
• Tourist guides holding a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tourist Guide licence are entitled to complimentary admission upon presentation of their valid licence at the point of entry, subject to verification.
• Tour Leaders
• One (1) complimentary ticket will be issued for every fifteen (15) paying guests.
• A maximum of four (4) complimentary tickets may be issued per tour group.

Advance Registration Requirements:

• Complimentary admission for Tour Leaders must be requested in advance.
• Proof of identity for each Tour Leader and the group booking order must be submitted to the Reservations Team at least three (3) working days before the group's visit date.
• Complimentary tickets will be issued via the Reseller Portal before the group's arrival.
• Tour Leaders must present the complimentary ticket at the entrance for admission.

Admission Conditions:

• Admission is subject to verification and approval by the operator.
• The operator reserves the right to refuse or limit entry if the eligibility requirements are not met.
• Complimentary Tour Leader tickets are based on a minimum of fifteen (15) paying guests for the same park within a single transaction. Multiple parks or separate transactions cannot be combined for qualification purposes.

Exclusions

• Complimentary admission to Rainforest Wild ASIA does not include access to paid activities under Adventure Plus and Black Adventure.
• Complimentary admission to River Wonders does not include access to paid activities, including the Amazon River Quest ride.
