Night Safari Ticket Information - Important Reminders:

• Redeem Direct Entry Tickets (DET) Before Entry

MWG will continue to observe cases where guests attempt to enter the park using their Timeslot Booking Order (TBO) without selecting a timeslot or converting it into a DET. During peak periods, this may result in only later entry slots being available (e.g., 9:15 PM or 9:45 PM), leading to longer wait times or missed experiences such as the Multi-Language Tram (MLT) ride.Please advise your guests to redeem their DETs early to secure their preferred entry time. Guests must also present both their admission ticket and MLT ticket at the entry point, especially if their admission time and tram slot differ.

• Multi-Language Tram (MLT) - Fixed Timings & Boarding Point

Kindly ensure guests are informed that MLT boarding is strictly at Tram Station 5. As MLT runs on a tight schedule with back-to-back departures, guests should arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their scheduled time.

Please note:

• Late arrivals cannot be shifted to another MLT slot, as sessions are typically fully booked.
• MWGhave received reports of incorrect information from third-party sources stating that MLT timings are flexible—please note that MLT timings are fixed and non-changeable.

• Please be informed that the fire hybrid performance at 8pm and 9pm daily at the Night Safari entrance courtyard will be replaced with a new LED light performance, until further notice.
• We would like to remind you to ensure that your coach drivers avoid using Coach Bay 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari side). These bays are designated exclusively for the Mandai City Express (MCE) and Mandai Khatib Shuttle (MKS) services to facilitate smooth operations. To avoid congestion and delays, we kindly request that your drivers utilize other available coach bays for drop-offs and parking.

Night Safari Admission:

• Night Safari Opening Hours: Daily, 7:15 pm – 12:00 am, Last entry at 11:15 pm
• Identification may be required upon redemption.
• Japanese and Mandarin MLT are available daily at 7:50 PM and 8:25 PM boarding times. Any other timing is subject to availability and can be arranged upon request during office hours.
• Multi-Language Tram (MLT) will now depart from Tram Station 5 as a fixed arrangement.
• Please arrive at Tram Station 5 at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tram departure time. The exact location of Tram Station 5 can be found on the below maps

• To increase the supply of taxis to our parks during peak hours, a $5 surcharge is applicable to all hired taxis departing from Mandai Wildlife Reserve from 1:00pm to 11:59pm daily.
• Valid for one usage only.
• Ticket is valid on the date of visit as stated
• All TA Admission Tickets are subject to WRS Parks’ prevailing “Park Ticket Terms & Conditions” published at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html.
• No return, exchange, cancellation and/or cash refund of TA Local Admission Tickets purchased and/or issued is allowed.
• Admission is at the voucher holder's own risk. WRS will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park
• Voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/ recording in the park for commercial purposes. WRS may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation;
• In the event of dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail;
• No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or expired voucher.

• Night safari tram ride arrives every 15 minutes from the entrance and can take up to 60 persons in each Tram.
• Creatures of the Night (Approx. 25 mins) at Night Safari Amphitheatre, time: 7:30pm, 8:30pm & 9:30pm
• Guests MUST NOT leave the amphitheatre while the presentation is going on.
• Tourist Guides and Tour Leaders must ensure their guests sit through the whole presentation and only leave the amphitheater after the presenter announces the presentation has ended. STB Tourist Guide caught leaving the premises early will be barred from future entry to Night Safari.

Complimentary Admission Eligibility:

• STB-Licensed Tourist Guides
• Tourist guides holding a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tourist Guide licence are entitled to complimentary admission upon presentation of their valid licence at the point of entry, subject to verification.
• Tour Leaders
• One (1) complimentary ticket will be issued for every fifteen (15) paying guests.
• A maximum of four (4) complimentary tickets may be issued per tour group.

Advance Registration Requirements:

• Complimentary admission for Tour Leaders must be requested in advance.
• Proof of identity for each Tour Leader and the group booking order must be submitted to the Reservations Team at least three (3) working days before the group's visit date.
• Complimentary tickets will be issued via the Reseller Portal before the group's arrival.
• Tour Leaders must present the complimentary ticket at the entrance for admission.

Admission Conditions:

• Admission is subject to verification and approval by the operator.
• The operator reserves the right to refuse or limit entry if the eligibility requirements are not met.
• Complimentary Tour Leader tickets are based on a minimum of fifteen (15) paying guests for the same park within a single transaction. Multiple parks or separate transactions cannot be combined for qualification purposes.

Exclusions

• Complimentary admission to Rainforest Wild ASIA does not include access to paid activities under Adventure Plus and Black Adventure.
• Complimentary admission to River Wonders does not include access to paid activities, including the Amazon River Quest ride.
