Operating Hours:

Starting from 1 April, the operating hours of River Wonders will be revised to the following:

• River Wonders: 9 AM - 6 PM (Last Entry 5 PM)
• Giant Panda Exhibit: 9.30 AM - 6 PM
• Amazonia Encounters: 9.30 AM - 6 PM
• Amazon River Quest: 10 AM – 6 PM (Last Entry 5 PM)

• We would like to remind you to ensure that your coach drivers avoid using Coach Bay 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari side). These bays are designated exclusively for the Mandai City Express (MCE) and Mandai Khatib Shuttle (MKS) services to facilitate smooth operations. To avoid congestion and delays, we kindly request that your drivers utilize other available coach bays for drop-offs and parking.

What to Bring

• Wear comfortable walking shoes and light clothing suitable for outdoor areas.
• Bring sunscreen, a hat, water bottle

Additional Notes

• Visit early to avoid crowds and enjoy cooler weather.
• Check boat ride availability and queue times upon arrival.
• Raincoat or umbrella is recommended during rainy weather.
• Identification may be required upon redemption.
• Exit and re-enter the park on the same day during operation hours. Please get the stamp chop from the gantry staff.

How to Get There

• By car: River Wonders is about a 30-minute drive from the city. If you’re coming by taxi, there are two convenient drop-off points at the zoo.
• By train: Khatib, NS14, connect using the Mandai Khatib Shuttle
• By train: Choa Chu Kang, NS4, connecting bus service 927
• By train: Ang Mo Kio, NS16, connecting bus service 138

Ticket Eligibility

• A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Park is required.
• Children below 3 years old may enter the Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Parks for free, subject to Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG)’ satisfactory verification.
• A senior is defined as a person 60 years of age and above for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Park is required.

Attraction Access

• Seat bookings for the Creatures of the Night presentation and the Once Upon A River presentation can be made on our mandai Booking Portal from 2 hours before each presentation.

• All TA Admission Tickets are subject to WRS Parks’ prevailing “Park Ticket Terms & Conditions” published at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html.
• No return, exchange, cancellation, and/or cash refund of TA Local Admission Tickets purchased and/or issued is allowed.
• Admission is at the voucher holder's own risk. WRS will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park
• The voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/recordings in the park for commercial purposes. WRS may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation;
• In the event of a dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail;
• No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced, or expired voucher.

Complimentary Admission Eligibility:

• STB-Licensed Tourist Guides
• Tourist guides holding a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tourist Guide licence are entitled to complimentary admission upon presentation of their valid licence at the point of entry, subject to verification.
• Tour Leaders
• One (1) complimentary ticket will be issued for every fifteen (15) paying guests.
• A maximum of four (4) complimentary tickets may be issued per tour group.

Advance Registration Requirements:

• Complimentary admission for Tour Leaders must be requested in advance.
• Proof of identity for each Tour Leader and the group booking order must be submitted to the Reservations Team at least three (3) working days before the group's visit date.
• Complimentary tickets will be issued via the Reseller Portal before the group's arrival.
• Tour Leaders must present the complimentary ticket at the entrance for admission.

Admission Conditions:

• Admission is subject to verification and approval by the operator.
• The operator reserves the right to refuse or limit entry if the eligibility requirements are not met.
• Complimentary Tour Leader tickets are based on a minimum of fifteen (15) paying guests for the same park within a single transaction. Multiple parks or separate transactions cannot be combined for qualification purposes.

Exclusions

• Complimentary admission to Rainforest Wild ASIA does not include access to paid activities under Adventure Plus and Black Adventure.
• Complimentary admission to River Wonders does not include access to paid activities, including the Amazon River Quest ride.

• Upon confirmation of the date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.

River Wonders:

• Identification may be required upon redemption.
• Exit and re-enter the park on the same day during operation hours. Please get the stamp chop from the gantry staff.
• Amazon River Quest will close at 6.00 pm (Last ride at 6:00 pm, first come-first served basis)
• Amazonia Encounter will close at 6.00 pm
• Giant Panda Forest will close at 6.15 pm

Amazon River Quest Boat Ride:

• For safety reasons, guests must be at least 1.06m to ride. Children between 1.06m and 1.35m must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Guest must be able to transfer onto the boat unaided.

Please also note that the boat ride involves moderate acceleration, elevation changes and minor bumping. As a result, guests with the following conditions shall not ride.

• Expectant mothers
• Motion sickness or dizziness
• Heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure
• Back and/or neck disorder
• Impaired physical health
• Persons in wheelchairs

River Wonders:

• Children who are 1.06m and taller are welcome to embark on the Amazon River Quest

• To increase the supply of taxis to our parks during peak hours, a $5 surcharge is applicable to all hired taxis departing from Mandai Wildlife Reserve from 1:00pm to 11:59pm daily.
