Important Information

• Please be informed that the Time Capsule has been transformed into a fully immersive pre-flight experience. With its launch, admission to the Singapore Flyer will now begin at Level 1 of the retail terminal building.

Information on Time Capsule Zones:

• Level 1: Dawn of Singapura, Maritime Silk Road, People of the Sea, Badang the Magnificent, Island Tales, The Singapore River, and Under One Sky
• Level 2: Peranakan Walk, Red Dot, and Garden City Playground

• Access to FLYER360 mobile app - download via HiFlyer upon arrival to explore nearby landmarks and cultural icons with augmented reality (AR), snap fun photos, and earn rewards, all exclusively from within the Singapore Flyer capsule.
• Entry to any and all attractions operated by Straco Leisure Pte Ltd (“SLPL”) represents acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed on: https://www.singaporeflyer.com/en/terms-and-conditions.
• Child ticket is only applicable to guests aged 3 to 12.
• All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-extendable.
• No food or beverage of any nature may be consumed in the Attractions unless permitted by or specially arranged and catered for by SLPL.
• In the event of inclement weather, Singapore Flyer flight operations may be temporarily suspended for safety reasons. Time Capsule, will remain open. Affected guests may revisit within the next 30 days. Guests whose e-ticket / QR code has been scanned at the attractionsʼ entrances may approach our staff at Singapore Flyer Flight Entrance on Level 1 for assistance.
• SLPL reserves the right to request guests’ identification for verification purposes, and the right to refuse admission to any persons on suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized tickets, without refund or compensation.
• SLPL will not be held liable for unauthorized duplication or lost or stolen tickets.

• Republic Boulevard and Raffles Avenue remain open to vehicular traffic, and the Singapore Flyer car park remains open.
• Guests can take public transportation to avoid traffic congestion. They can take the MRT Circle Line, alight at Promenade Station (CC4, Exit A), and walk towards the Singapore Flyer.

Admission Requirements

• All guests must arrive at the VIP Lounge (Level 1) 30 minutes before your flight time
• Boarding for latecomers will be at the discretion of our team and subject to availability

• Ticket valid for adults 18 years above
• All prices listed are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
• Tickets purchased from unauthorized retailers will be denied entry

The Classic Hawker Experience at Jiak 99 brings Singapore’s beloved hawker culture to life. Step into a nostalgic space where the aromas of traditional dishes, the rhythm of teh tarik pulling, and the stories behind our local flavours come together. From familiar favourites to heritage bites, it’s a chance to taste, see, and relive the food memories that shaped generations of Singaporeans. This is a 1hr tour that does not come with food sampling.

• Admission price includes access to the venue, use of the space and food provided in the classic hawker experience and/or the Chef's Table- Workshop of the Day
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from venue for vandalism, stealing, offensive behavior, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow instructions or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• We reserve the right to inspect bags at any time for security purposes.
• You also agree to allowing us to take photos within the venue, regarding the use of your image and likeness
• You are responsible for your own personal property.
