Mandai is north of the city and is reached by bus or a shuttle from the MRT.

Important rules
- No strict height limits for park entry. Some rides may have restrictions; child tickets require valid ID.
- Outdoor parks and activities may be affected or suspended during bad weather conditions.
- Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Follow park rules; do not feed animals outside designated sessions.
- Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed, except for baby food or special dietary needs.
Terms and conditions
Ticket validity. Valid for a visit up to and including 26 September 2026. The ticket cannot be used after that date.
- Only non-residents of Singapore may buy a Destination Pass. This is the operator's rule, and eligibility is checked when the pass is redeemed.
- Each pass has its own validity, shown on the pass you select above. The operator states 1-day validity from the date of admission on the 1-day passes, and 5-day consecutive validity on the 5-day pass.
- Valid for one-time entry to each park.
- The operator describes the Attraction Access Bundle as admission to Rainforest Wild Asia, Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Bird Paradise and Night Safari.
- Tram service is included at Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise and Night Safari.
- A $5 surcharge applies to hired taxis departing Mandai Wildlife Reserve from 1:00pm to 11:59pm daily.
- This bundle is not in conjunction with any other ongoing promotion.
- Non-refundable and cannot be changed once booked.
Common questions
Do I need to reserve a date or timeslot?
For most passes, yes. Your confirmation email carries a booking code that you enter on Mandai's own booking page to choose your date. The pass details above say whether the pass you have selected needs this.
Which attractions are included in my pass?
It depends on the pass. Select a pass above and open Ticket details to see exactly what that pass covers, and what it does not.
Can I visit the attractions on different days?
Only with the 5-day pass, which is valid for five consecutive days from your first admission. The 1-day passes must be used on a single day.

Not for Singapore residents
Mandai sell the Destination Pass to non-residents only. That is why every option is marked Tourist. If you live in Singapore, this is not the right ticket and the parks can refuse it.
- Child tickets require valid ID at the gate.
- Non-refundable and cannot be changed once booked. A date reserved with Mandai is final.
- Each park can be entered once per pass.

The six are Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, Night Safari, Rainforest Wild Asia and Exploria. Only the 5 day pass lets you spread the parks across different days.
How it works
Booking and getting in
- Book with us. Your confirmation email carries a booking code.
- For most passes you then enter that code on Mandai's own booking page to choose your date. The pass details say whether yours needs this.
- Your final ticket arrives by email separately from the booking confirmation.
- Present the final ticket, on your phone or printed, at the ticketing counter.
The confirmation and the final ticket are two different emails. Do not travel on the confirmation alone.
On the day
At Mandai
- Tram or shuttle is included at Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise and Night Safari.
- Mandai is in the north of Singapore, reached by bus or a shuttle from the MRT.
- A SGD5 surcharge applies to hired taxis leaving Mandai between 13:00 and 23:59 daily.
- Outside food and drink are generally not allowed, except baby food or special dietary needs.
- Outdoor parks can be affected or suspended in bad weather.
- No strict height limit to enter, but individual rides may have restrictions.
