This is a relaxing bumboat cruise along the Singapore River, showing the old and new sides of the city from the water. The route runs from the historic quays out to Marina Bay, where the modern skyline comes into view. You can go by day or after dark, when the skyline and bridges are lit up.

Redemption & Boarding
- Guests must redeem the boarding pass at the counter at least 15 minutes before the selected departure time.
- Boarding is subject to availability and boat capacity.

- Redemption at other jetties is not permitted.

- Nearest MRT: Clarke Quay MRT (NE5) – about 5 minutes’ walk
- Follow the riverfront towards Clarke Quay and look for the Singapore River Cruise / Bumboat counter

- Walk-in boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Late arrivals may be denied boarding, and no refund will be provided.
- Routes, schedules, and operations are subject to change due to weather or safety conditions.
- Voucher redemption is only available at Clarke Quay Jetty. Redemption at other jetties is not accepted.

- Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.

- Tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Tickets are valid for one (1) trip on the Singapore River Cruise only.
- Tickets are open-dated and may be used on any operating day within the validity period.

- Walk-in guests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Boarding is subject to boat capacity and operational conditions.
- Guests are advised to arrive early to secure preferred departure times.

Eligibility

- In the event of cancellation by the operator, guests may be offered rescheduling or a refund, subject to operator policy.

- The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest who behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner without compensation.

- The operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the cruise.
