What to Bring

• Wear comfortable walking shoes and light, breathable clothing.
• Bring sunscreen, a hat, water bottle, and insect repellent for outdoor exploration.

Additional Notes

• Visit early in the morning for cooler weather and active animals.
• Check show and feeding schedules in advance to plan your route efficiently.
• Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff
• Raincoat or umbrella is recommended during rainy weather.

How To Get There

• By car: Singapore Zoo is about a 30-minute drive from the city. If you’re coming by taxi, there are two convenient drop-off points at the zoo.
• By train: Khatib, NS14, connect using the Mandai Khatib Shuttle
• By train: Choa Chu Kang, NS4, connecting bus service 927

Ticket Eligibility

• Valid for one entry only.
• The ticket is valid for foreigners.
• A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Park is required.
• Children below 3 years old may enter the Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Parks for free, subject to Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG)’ satisfactory verification.
• A senior is defined as a person at 60 years of age and above for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Park is required.

Attraction Access

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible; however, strollers and wheelchairs must be folded when boarding the tram.

Additional Information

• To increase the supply of taxis to our parks during peak hours, a $5 surcharge is applicable to all hired taxis departing from Mandai Wildlife Reserve from 1:00pm to 11:59pm daily.
• Free WiFi is available inside the park

• No return, exchange, cancellation, or cash refund is allowed once tickets are issued.

Complimentary Admission Eligibility:

• STB-Licensed Tourist Guides
• Tourist guides holding a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tourist Guide licence are entitled to complimentary admission upon presentation of their valid licence at the point of entry, subject to verification.
• Tour Leaders
• One (1) complimentary ticket will be issued for every fifteen (15) paying guests.
• A maximum of four (4) complimentary tickets may be issued per tour group.

Advance Registration Requirements:

• Complimentary admission for Tour Leaders must be requested in advance.
• Proof of identity for each Tour Leader and the group booking order must be submitted to the Reservations Team at least three (3) working days before the group's visit date.
• Complimentary tickets will be issued via the Reseller Portal before the group's arrival.
• Tour Leaders must present the complimentary ticket at the entrance for admission.

Admission Conditions:

• Admission is subject to verification and approval by the operator.
• The operator reserves the right to refuse or limit entry if the eligibility requirements are not met.
• Complimentary Tour Leader tickets are based on a minimum of fifteen (15) paying guests for the same park within a single transaction. Multiple parks or separate transactions cannot be combined for qualification purposes.

Exclusions

• Complimentary admission to Rainforest Wild ASIA does not include access to paid activities under Adventure Plus and Black Adventure.
• Complimentary admission to River Wonders does not include access to paid activities, including the Amazon River Quest ride.

• Vegetarian items based on Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian diet which include both Eggs and Dairy Products
• Bookings to be made via TA Reseller Portal at least 7 working days prior to dining date; subject to availability.
• The rates above exclude general admission to Singapore Zoo, which will need to be purchased separately.
• The TA Meals purchased at TA rates are strictly for sale to foreign tourists only and are not to be re-sold to local visitors.
