¿Cómo se recibe el código QR para instalar esta eSIM?

Después de la compra, hay que subir una imagen nítida del pasaporte. Hello1010 se encarga del registro y envía el código QR de la eSIM por correo electrónico. Debe activarse en un plazo de 30 días en el destino; de lo contrario, el plan caduca.

¿Se puede escanear e instalar el plan de datos y usarlo más tarde?

El plan se puede instalar escaneando el código QR antes de salir de viaje, pero conviene tener en cuenta que el periodo de validez en días comienza en el momento en que se escanea el código. Para instalar el plan de datos hace falta conexión a una red WiFi disponible. Es recomendable planificar el consumo según el número de días que la tarjeta SIM permanece válida.

¿Se puede instalar el plan sin conexión a internet?

No. Hace falta conexión WiFi o a internet para instalar este plan.

¿Se puede transferir la eSIM de un teléfono a otro?

Una vez escaneado el código de la eSIM en un teléfono, no se puede transferir a otro, porque el plan asociado al código queda vinculado al teléfono original en el que se escaneó.

Mi número local actual es una línea eSIM. ¿Puedo usar esta eSIM junto con esa línea?

Los teléfonos pueden almacenar varios perfiles eSIM, pero solo permiten usar uno (1) de forma activa, o un máximo de dos (2) a la vez. Por ejemplo, los teléfonos Samsung compatibles con eSIM admiten una (1) eSIM activa además de una (1) tarjeta SIM física. Por tanto, cabe desactivar temporalmente la eSIM del número local y cambiar a esta eSIM durante el viaje, o bien optar por una tarjeta SIM física de viaje y mantener ambas líneas en funcionamiento a la vez.

Not happy as 1) It is confusing for me on how to use the eSIM the moment landed in Taiwan as Celcom roaming at the same time asking to open the mobile data. Ended I have to pay for both services.
2) The package I bought was 5 days and I thought it is according to the commencing time and ended 5 days but all 4 eSIM I bought all ended same day irrespective of time you login.

Hello1010! Taiwan 20GB eSim worked seamlessly.

Upon arrival at Taiwan Taoyuan airport before reaching Immigration counters, I scanned the QR code and switched on my mobile network to scan for the telco services and it took a while before all the available network lines show up on my mobile. I selected Chung Hwa telecom and it took a bit of time before my mobile seamlessly got connected with Chung Hwa network but all is done & good before I even reach the Immigration!
