eSIM Installation Guide

Follow the numbered steps for your phone.

Before you start

  1. Connect to the internet and install your eSIM before you fly, preferably on the day of departure.
  2. Plan validity starts once the eSIM is installed.
  3. If it shows “Activating”, don’t worry. It will connect once you arrive at your destination.

For iOS Devices

  1. “Tap and hold” is only available on iOS 17.4 or later for QR code installations or links.

    1. 1From the email, tap and hold the QR code.
    2. 2Add eSIM.
    3. *Or you may simply scan the QR code.

    1. 3Select “Allow”.

    1. 4Set label for your eSIM.

    1. 6Mobile Data select “Travel”.
    2. 7Tap on “Travel” and turn on Data Roaming.

For Android Devices

  1. If “Tap and hold” in the email doesn’t work, screenshot the QR code and try “Tap and hold” on the saved image.

    2. 2Select “Add plan to phone”.

    1. 5Go back and select “Mobile Data” > eSIM 1.
