Applicable for flights departing from Malaysia only.
Each unique PNR/flight booking reference number is valid for one-time redemption.
Each passenger listed on the flight itinerary is entitled to one free eSIM. (Please refrain from sending multiple emails under the same flight booking reference.)
Required documents must be submitted in PDF format. Screenshots are not encouraged.
Please allow 3-7 working days for document verification.
