Accidental Death
If an accident causes death, a lump sum of RM3,000 will be paid to the next of kin.
Medical Expenses due to Accident
Covers reimbursement for medical expenses up to RM300 (with an excess of RM100) if you get injured in an accident.
Daily Hospital Allowance
If you're hospitalized due to an
accident, you can get a daily allowance of RM35 per day, up to a maximum of 15
days.
Member of PIDM
The benefit(s) payable under eligible policy is protected by PIDM up to limits. Please refer to PIDM’s TIPS Brochure or contact TMIM or PIDM.

How to Claim & Exclusions

associated costs will be covered.

● Duly completed E-Payment form

This policy does NOT cover death, disability, or other losses resulting from:
War and Related Events
○ War, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, evolution, etc.
Mental Health and Self-Harm
○ Insanity, suicide, or attempted suicide.
○ Pre-existing mental or physical conditions.
Illness and Medical Treatment
○ Bacterial or viral infections, diseases, sickness, or medical/surgical treatment (unless needed solely due to an accident covered by this policy).
○ HIV/AIDS and related illnesses.
○ Childbirth, miscarriage, pregnancy, or related complications (unless directly caused by an accident).
○ Hernia resulting from any bodily injury
Certain Activities
○ Riding a two-wheeled motor vehicle as a sport or in a race, unless you have a valid license or are a
passenger
○ Using wood-working machinery
(unless it's a portable hand tool for private use).
○ Flying, except as a fare-paying passenger in a licensed aircraft.
○ Committing or attempting to commit any unlawful or criminal act.
○ Professional sports.
○ Racing (except on foot).
○ Dangerous activities like caving, parachuting, hand gliding, etc.
○ Naval, military, or air force
service or operations.
Nuclear Events
○ Ionizing radiation or radioactive contamination from nuclear fuel or waste.
○ Radioactive, toxic, or explosive properties of nuclear facilities or weapons.
○ Any nuclear material or nuclear energy risks.
