Heading to Taiwan?

In collaboration with Taiwan Tourism Malaysia, you can redeem a Taiwan SIM or eSIM for free! Here's how:

Step 1: Email Details

Email your Taiwan round-trip flight itinerary and proof of at least one night's legal stay to tourism@taiwan.net.my (visit taiwanstay.net.tw) with email subject “Taiwan SIM Redemption - Departure Date”. Please note that each unique booking reference number is valid for one-time redemption only.
Step 2: Receive Coupon Code

Once verified, receive a coupon code that can be used to redeem either a physical SIM card or eSIM.
Step 3: Redeem

For physical SIM card, a nationwide courier fee of RM6 will apply. For an eSIM, the QR redemption code will be emailed to you.

Valid for flights departing from Malaysia only.
SIM cards are first-come, first-served basis, non-returnable, and not for sale.
Choose between a physical SIM or eSIM based on your preference—once redeemed, neither option can be returned. The coupon code contains a value of RM38 which will offset the amount of one (1) SIM or eSIM from the cart.
For physical SIM card delivery, a fixed fee of RM6 applies for nationwide shipping within Malaysia with one code per order. If you have multiple codes, you may opt for "self-collection" at Hello1010 office or contact us via WhatsApp +60133991010 to arrange delivery of multiple redemptions to one (1) address.
Taiwan Tourism MY will not be responsible for any damage or loss during delivery.
If you are booked under the same booking reference number, please only submit one request.
