First, download the Tune Talk App
Step 1
Download Tune Talk app. Available on App Store, Google Play or Huawei App Gallery.
Step 2
On the app, tap "Self Registration"
Step 3
Select "Get a New Number" then confirm.
Step 4
Select "eSIM", then scan the eSIM QR code sent to you via Hello1010 email
Step 5
Scan and submit the original copy of your passport. Photocopies are not accepted.
Step 6
Select "Face Recognition" and take a selfie of yourself.
Step 7
Verify your details and email, tap “Verify” to receive a code, then enter the code and complete the remaining details.
Step 8
You can install the eSIM now and it will be activated when you arrive in Malaysia.
