Important Notice:

• The downhill road from the Mushroom Farm Roundabout (KM0.7) to the Batang Kali Security Checkpoint will be temporarily closed on Thursday, 1 October 2026, from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm. The temporary closure is necessary to facilitate the safe passage of participants in Stage 5 of Le Tour de Langkawi 2026 (LTdL 2026), which runs from Tapah to Genting Highlands.
• The stated closure period is approximate and may commence earlier or end later, depending on prevailing race conditions.
• All road users travelling uphill to Resorts World Genting are advised that traffic may be temporarily affected in the vicinity of the Gohtong Jaya Roundabout. Awana SkyWay and Genting SkyWay will continue to operate as usual.

• Wednesday - Monday: 10am – 6pm
• Closed every Tuesday except Malaysia public holidays.
• Park admission is available at both Studio Plaza and SkyAvenue Gateway near Jom Makan (previously known as Medan Selera) from 11am onwards.
• All guests visiting Genting SkyWorlds is advised to use the SkyAvenue Gateway, located at Level G, SkyAvenue for park admission. The Studio Plaza entry to Genting SkyWorlds is reserved only for hotel guests.
• SkyAvenue Gateway, located at Level G, SkyAvenue (near Jom Makan), is now accessible for entry during regular park hours. Guests Genting SkyWorlds and Gohtong Way are advised to use this entry for admission to the park.

Important Notice: An additional surcharge based on the On-Site rate will be imposed on guests who purchase the incorrect ticket type. This will be verified at the park prior to admission.

• Bookings open up to 90 days ahead.

• Ticket is valid 90 days upon purchase.

• Pricing is quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and inclusive of Service Tax and Entertainment Duty at prevailing rates where applicable.
• Malaysian rates are valid for Malaysian Citizens only (physical MyKad required for verification upon entry).
• Non-Malaysian rates apply to international travellers.

Eligibility

• Guests must purchase the correct ticket type.
• Ticket categories are defined by height or age as follows:
• Standard/Adult: Guests above 110cm in height.
• Child: Guests between 90cm – 110cm in height.
• Free Admission: Children below 90cm in height.
• Senior: Guests aged 60 years and above.
• Guests with Disabilities: Guests with valid disability certificates.
• Wrong ticket purchases will require a top-up surcharge based on the On-Site (Walk-In) rate, collected prior to park admission.
• Customers must contact their original purchase channel for any ticket-related issues.
• Rainy Day Guarantee applies only to eligible ticket types and valid purchase channels.

Attraction Access

• Subject to rides and attractions availability on the day of visit.
• Some rides, attractions, entertainment, or outlets may be unavailable, modified, or operating at reduced capacity.
• Rainy Day Guarantee free return applies only if it rains continuously for one hour during park operating hours.
