How do I activate the SIM?

8-Day Plan: User MUST insert and activate the SIM outside mainland China, turn on Mobile Data and Data Roaming, then browse any website. You will receive an activation SMS once activation is completed. After activation, the SIM plan need to be used in the listed countries within 30 days.

15-Day Plan: Insert SIM only after arriving in China and Macau. Turn on Mobile Data and Data Roaming to use it directly. DO NOT insert the SIM card outside of the countries list, such as Malaysia.

Can I activate the SIM after arriving in mainland China?

8-Day Plan: No. The SIM must be activated outside mainland China before entering mainland China. Otherwise, the activation will fail and the SIM will not be usable.

15-Day Plan: Yes, you can only insert the SIM card and activate it after arriving in China or Macau.

Does the plan validity start when I activate the SIM?

How good is the network coverage of this SIM card?

If I finish using my high-speed data, will I still be able to surf the internet at a slower speed?

If you choose the 12GB 8 Days plan, the speed will slow down to 512kbps once the 12GB is used up. For the 15GB 15 Days plan, the data will be cut off once the 15GB is used up.

Can I top up data?

You can only top up data for the 15GB 15 Days plan. Instructions to top up is in the packaging.

Facebook is blocked in China. But can I still access it with this card?

Yes. Popular apps work without a separate VPN. Gemini AI is unavailable, and TikTok is supported on iPhone only.

Can I use WhatsApp to chat and make calls with this card?

You certainly can. Using WhatsApp to call saves you money.

Is the data inside this card enough for my usage?
