Important rules
  • Exchange the E-Redemption Voucher for a physical pass at designated JR West exchange counters in Japan.
  • Available for non-Japanese passport holders with temporary visitor status only.
  • Passport must be presented during voucher exchange.
  • Seat reservations may be required for certain trains and routes
Cancellation and changes

  • The cable car at Tatesumatsu Park will be out of service from May 7, 2025 to August 8, 2025 due to equipment maintenance.
  • From June 2nd to June 11th, 2025, Kasamatsu Park (including the cable car, mountain bus, Amaterasu Shop, and restaurants) will be completely closed.
  • [Kyoto Prefecture Scenic "Kyoto by the Sea" 2-Day Pass] Once booked, it is non-refundable and non-changeable. Thank you for your understanding.
