Overview

The Keisei Skyliner is an express train linking Narita International Airport with central Tokyo. It reaches Nippori in 36 minutes and Ueno in 41, with no transfers, so you avoid finding your way around public transport after a long flight.

  • Travel in a reserved seat, so there is no scramble for space on board.
  • Choose a one-way or return ticket, with adult and child fares on the one-way.
  • Add an optional 24, 48 or 72 hour Tokyo subway pass on six of the options.

  • Please be sure to present your voucher at the following exchange location and exchange your Skyliner one-way express designated seat ticket.

  • Keisei Ueno Station: Skyliner ticket vending machines or Skyliner ticket counters (Skyliner ticket counter operating hours: 5:10–20:20) - Nippori Station: Skyliner ticket vending machines or JR transfer ticket gate counters (JR transfer ticket gate counter operating hours: 5:00–23:30)

Please note:

  • When exchanging tickets, you can select the number of tickets you need to use at the moment. Exchange vouchers will be issued for the tickets you did not select, which can be exchanged for normal tickets when needed.
  • At Keisei-Ueno Station and Nippori Station, you can only exchange tickets to Narita Airport; at Narita Airport, you can only exchange tickets to Keisei-Ueno Station; you cannot exchange round-trip tickets at the same station.

How to use your ticket

  • Show Mobile Ticket: at the designated location for ticket exchange
  • If fellow travellers cannot travel together to redeem, please purchase separately

Exchange your voucher for a reserved-seat Skyliner ticket before you board, at a Skyliner counter or ticket machine at Narita Airport, Keisei Ueno or Nippori. It cannot be exchanged anywhere else.

Ticket Eligibility

  • The real-name registration system applies to the ticket, please provide correct traveler data when booking, failure to do so may result in liabilities and losses on travelers' end
  • Ticket is valid for 1 time use only.

Attraction Access

  • Please exchange for your ticket and reserve a seat with your e-voucher at designated counters as travelers are not allowed to board just by their e-voucher (physical ticket required).
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged in advance and are only available for exchange on the day of use. After exchange, you will receive a physical ticket for the specified date and train.
  • At Keisei Ueno Station and Nippori Station, only tickets to Narita Airport can be exchanged; at Narita Airport, only tickets to Keisei Ueno Station can be exchanged. Round-trip tickets cannot be exchanged at the same location.

Important Notes

  • No refunds after redemption (except when the train is out of service)
  • If the train is out of service, Jingcheng Electric Railway will issue a stop certificate. Travelers may request refunds at ticketing counters with a stop certificate

  • Check the train timetable in advance, especially in peak travel seasons.
