Not on sale yet. BLOCKED pending supplier answer: GlobalTix's product terms state that Adult, Student and Child tickets are only available to holders of a Japanese passport. That appears on no individual option and the one option that mentions a passport requires the opposite, so the scope is unconfirmed. Also unconfirmed: whether the Heliport and EDGE tickets include observatory admission.

HARUKAS 300 occupies the top three floors of the 300-metre Abeno Harukas building in Osaka. Choose plain observatory admission, or add the rooftop heliport tour, the EDGE outdoor walk, the Art Museum or a BBQ seating beside the windows.

Highlights

  • An observatory 300 metres up, across floors 58 to 60 of Abeno Harukas.
  • Adult, child and student rates on the Art Museum combination.
  • Rooftop heliport tours run from 10:30 to 20:30.
  • EDGE THE HARUKAS and BBQ seatings can be added instead of plain entry.

Common questions

Which ticket should I choose?

Observatory admission is the plain ticket for the 300 metre deck. The heliport tour is a timed extra that takes you onto the rooftop helipad. EDGE THE HARUKAS is a separate outdoor walk with two evening slots, sold either on its own or combined with admission. The Art Museum, takoyaki and BBQ options each add something to the same admission.

Do I need to choose a date when I book?

Yes. Every option except the HARUKA train combination is sold against a visit date, and the heliport, EDGE and BBQ options are sold against a specific time as well.

Is there a child price?

There is a child rate on plain observatory admission, on the Art Museum combination, which also has a student rate, and on the two EDGE combination tickets. The heliport tours and the BBQ seatings are sold at a single per-person rate.

What does the heliport tour include?

Access to the rooftop helipad above the observatory at a set time. Each slot has its own meeting time fifteen minutes earlier, shown in the option you select.

Can I cancel or change this booking?

No. These tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed once booked.
