PETRONAS Twin Towers Tickets: Skybridge and Observation Deck

• Tickets are limited and on first come first served basis.
• PETRONAS Twin Towers operates on a time-ticketing system. Please be at the entrance or lobby at least 15 minutes before your entry time to avoid cancellation. Late arrivals WILL NOT be entertained or accommodated.
• If you have any person on wheelchair, kindly inform us through email at skybridge@petronas.com.my prior to your visit.
• For Malaysians, kindly present MyKad upon request.
• For senior citizens, kindly provide a valid document (e.g. passport or any official identification) on the day of the visit.
• Age is determined by year of birth instead of exact date of birth.
• Strollers are not allowed during the visit; however, we provide lockers/storage where you can store them. You may require assistance from our staff on the day of the visit.

Operating Hours / Schedule

• Sky Xperience is open Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
• It is closed on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, except when those Mondays fall on a Public Holiday — in that case it opens from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• For the Evening Xperience, time slots are available at 6:00 PM, 6:15 PM, and 6:30 PM.
• Recommended arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
• Duration: Plan to spend about 1.5 to 2 hours — approximately 15–20 minutes at the Skybridge and 45 minutes to an hour at the Observation Deck.

How To Get There

• Address: PETRONAS Twin Towers, Lower Ground (Concourse) Level, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur.
• By LRT: Take the Kelana Jaya Line to KLCC station — directly connected underground to Suria KLCC. Head to the Lower Ground (Concourse) Level of the Twin Towers.
• By MRT: Alight at Ampang Park MRT station, approximately an 8–10 minute walk to the towers.
• By Grab/Taxi: Drop-off directly at PETRONAS Twin Towers main entrance along Jalan Ampang.
• By Car: Parking available at Suria KLCC basement carpark (paid). Enter via Jalan Ampang or Jalan P. Ramlee.

ii. This ticket is valid on the date and time of entry as stated on this ticket. The management reserves the right to reschedule visits without prior notice.

iii. The ticket holder as a visitor to PETRONAS Twin Towers Sky Xperience (“Premise”) is deemed to have read and understood all instructions, notices, and signs displayed in, on, or around the premises and shall observe and conform to the same.

iv. If the ticket holder is a minor, the parent or guardian of the ticket holder shall accompany and supervise the ticket holder at all times throughout the visit. The parent or guardian shall read all instructions, notices and signs displayed in, on, or around the Premise and shall never leave the ticket holder unsupervised.

v. The management of the operation of the Petrosains Sdn Bhd, its employees, servants, agents, permitted assigns and/or personal representatives shall not at any times whatsoever be responsible or liable, whether expressly or impliedly, for any personal injuries including death, loss and/or damage to personal belongings and/or property or other liabilities whatsoever and howsoever caused including but not limited to the negligence or the management and its employees, servants, agents, permitted assigns and/or personal representatives arising out of or in connection with the Premise.
