Overview
River Wonders Singapore is a unique river-themed wildlife park located at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Singapore. This nature attraction showcases freshwater ecosystems inspired by the world’s most iconic rivers, including the Amazon, Nile, and Mekong. Visitors can explore immersive exhibits featuring giant pandas, manatees, and diverse aquatic species. The experience is self-paced, allowing guests to explore various zones and exhibits at their convenience. Duration may vary depending on crowd levels, weather conditions, and optional activities such as the Amazon River Quest boat ride. Guests can enter directly using a e-ticket for seamless admission or redeem tickets at the counter if required. Upon entry, visitors can explore themed zones representing major rivers, with highlights including the Giant Panda Forest and Amazon Flooded Forest. Guests may also opt for the Amazon River Quest boat ride (if included or purchased separately). The park is easy to navigate, allowing visitors to move from one exhibit to another while enjoying educational displays and wildlife encounters throughout the visit.

How to use your ticket

- We email you an e-ticket with a QR code once your booking is confirmed.
- Show the QR code when you arrive.

- Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from above selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability
- Once you received the ticket, please secure your preferred date and timeslot in advance before visiting our parks from the below link https://reseller.mandai.com/ticketstore/GuestBookTimeslot
- Upon confirmation of date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued

Important rules
- Operation Hours: Please kindly visit River Wonders's official website for any updates.
- Weather: Outdoor areas and the Amazon River Quest boat ride may be suspended during bad weather for safety reasons.
- Dresscode: Wear comfortable attire and footwear. Follow park rules; do not feed animals outside designated sessions.
- Accessibility: Wheelchair, stroller, and electric scooters accessible.
- Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed, except for baby food or special dietary needs.
Terms and conditions
Ticket Eligibility
- A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Park is required.
- Children below 3 years old may enter the Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Parks for free, subject to Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG)’ satisfactory verification.
- A senior is defined as a person 60 years of age and above for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Park is required.
Attraction Access
- Seat bookings for the Creatures of the Night presentation and the Once Upon A River presentation can be made on our mandai Booking Portal from 2 hours before each presentation.
Additional Information
- To increase the supply of taxis to our parks during peak hours, a $5 surcharge is applicable to all hired taxis departing from Mandai Wildlife Reserve from 1:00pm to 11:59pm daily.

- All TA Admission Tickets are subject to WRS Parks’ prevailing “Park Ticket Terms & Conditions” published at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html.
- No return, exchange, cancellation, and/or cash refund of TA Local Admission Tickets purchased and/or issued is allowed.
- Admission is at the voucher holder's own risk. WRS will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park.
- The voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/recordings in the park for commercial purposes. WRS may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation;
- In the event of a dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail;
- No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced, or expired voucher.
- Ticket prices and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
How to Get There
- By car: River Wonders is about a 30-minute drive from the city. If you’re coming by taxi, there are two convenient drop-off points at the zoo.
- By train: Khatib, NS14, connect using the Mandai Khatib Shuttle.
- By train: Choa Chu Kang, NS4, connecting bus service 927.
- By train: Ang Mo Kio, NS16, connecting bus service 138.
