Important rules

- Dresscode: Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Follow park rules; do not feed animals outside designated sessions.
- Accessibility: Wheelchair, stroller, and electric scooters accessible.
- No strict height limits for entry. Child tickets require valid ID; children should be supervised at all times.
- This is an outdoor attraction; some shows or activities may be delayed or cancelled during bad weather.
- Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed, except for baby food or special dietary needs.
Terms and conditions
Ticket validity. Valid for a visit up to and including 26 September 2026. The ticket cannot be used after that date.
Ticket Eligibility
- A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Park is required.
- Children below 3 years old may enter the Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Parks for free, subject to Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG)’ satisfactory verification.
- A senior is defined as a person at 60 years of age and above for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Park is required.
Attraction Access
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible; however, strollers and wheelchairs must be folded when boarding the tram.
Additional Information
- To increase the supply of taxis to our parks during peak hours, a $5 surcharge is applicable to all hired taxis departing from Mandai Wildlife Reserve from 1:00pm to 11:59pm daily.
- Free WiFi is available inside the park.

- No return, exchange, cancellation, or cash refund is allowed once tickets are issued.
- Admission is at voucher holder's own risk. WRS will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park.
- Voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/ recording in the park for commercial purposes. WRS may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation;
- In the event of dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail;
- No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or expired voucher.

How To Get There
- By car: Singapore Zoo is about a 30-minute drive from the city. If you’re coming by taxi, there are two convenient drop-off points at the zoo.
- By train: Khatib, NS14, connect using the Mandai Khatib Shuttle.
- By train: Choa Chu Kang, NS4, connecting bus service 927.
