Important rules
  • Accessibility: If there is a need for wheelchair seats, please go to the physical pass window of the Taiwan High-Speed Rail Station to make a reservation.
  • Children over 6 but under 12 years old can purchase a children's travel pass.
Terms and conditions
  • This voucher is only for non-ROC (Taiwan) passport holders.
  • Ticket will valid up to 80 days from the date of issued.
  • Children's Passes are available for purchase for children over 6 years and under 12 years old.
  • Children under the age of 6 can travel for free if they sit with an adult traveler.
  • A maximum of 10 tickets can be booked in one order. If you wish to order more than 10 tickets, please book separately.
  • When booking, please provide your passport number and your full name as it is shown on your passport.
