How good is the network coverage of this UK Infinite Data Prepaid Plan?

This plan operates on the Three Network in the UK, offering unlimited data with speeds up to 5G. When used outside the UK, speeds depend on the local network coverage, and data usage is capped at 24GB. You will also have a local UK phone number with this plan.

Can I turn on hotspot and share the connection with other users or devices?

Yes, you can! But hotspot is only available in the UK and Europe.

If I finish using my data, will I still be able to surf
the internet at a slower speed?

In the UK, this SIM plan offers unlimited data with no speed or usage cap. However, when used outside the UK, there is a 24GB data limit. Once this limit is reached, internet access will no longer be available.

Can I top up data once data is finished?

Outside the UK, there is a cap of 24GB usage within 14 days. You can manage your usage and purchase additional data plans through the 'Three Pay As You Go' app, available on Google Play and the App Store.

Can I use this on my MiFi and Tablets?

Yes, you can but only in UK & Europe countries. Other
than these countries, hotspot is not supported.

Can I call any number with the unlimited calls and SMS allowance?

You can only make local calls within countries in UK and Europe. However, cross-country calls and calls to toll-free numbers are not allowed.

Will I be charged for receiving calls from Malaysia?

As long as you are in any of the listed 72 countries, receiving calls from anywhere around the world is free.

Is it true that I can use this card in the 72 countries

What happen if I make a call exceeding 20 minutes at a time?

 It may trigger Three's fraud detection system and will result in your SIM being barred. There is nothing we can do to unbar your SIM card. Read other prohibited uses here.

I'm traveling to Colombia. Can I use this card there?

Yes, but you must first activate it in one of the 72 listed countries. If you’re not visiting or stopping over in any of these countries, please do not purchase this card, as it cannot be used exclusively in Colombia.

Can I use this SIM card in a new phone?

To ensure your new phone works with overseas SIM cards, make at least one call lasting 10 to 15 minutes and receive incoming calls.
